Welcome to A Beaded Affair. I strive to make your online experience a pleasant one. Having been an avid online buyer for many years I know how difficult it can sometimes be to put your faith in an unknown seller. No need to worry here. I offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied (see further faqs for terms).

When is payment due?
Payment is accepted through PayPal within 48 hours of purchase. Please email your information as soon as possible after the sale. Remember, some people use PayPal names that are different than their online name. I also accept personal checks and money orders in US funds only within 7 business days of purchase. Checks and money orders must clear prior to shipping. Usually 3 days for US checks and postal money orders. No non-US funds accepted at this time.

When will my package ship?
Your package will ship on the next business day after payment is received or cleared. Shipping to United States is by Priority Mail for tracking purposes. If you would prefer a less expensive alternative, email me before buying and I will create a listing just for you. I use First Class Mail for outside the US and I provide insurance. Orders over 2 lbs. in the US or over 6 ounces for internation require additional shipping costs. See individual order.

Do you take custom orders or customize pieces on the site?
Most of my necklaces and bracelets are one of a kind pieces and so are you. Do you need it longer or shorter? Many pieces can be altered at little or no cost. Email me with your requests and the piece you are considering. Some pieces can be recreated with just you in mind, which brings up Custom Orders.

What are the conditions for the 100% satisfaction guarantee?
100% Refund of purchase price, less PayPal fees, for items returned in "as sent" condition within two weeks of the original shipping date. Items returned after two weeks will receive shop credit. The only exception to this rule is items with manufacturing defects, I pay return postage. Important, email me first to discuss the problem.

Do you offer a repair service?
I offer a repair service for all jewelry purchased through me. Email me and return the piece for prompt repair if possible. Repair of any defects in manufacturing are free. If you ran it over with your car, repair may not be possible. Email me to see what can be done. Some repairs are done at no cost to you. Extensive work may require a fee.
